It was still really windy all day yesterday. All the kids, except for Samantha, played outside for about two hours in the afternoon. They had a lot of fun.
I would not have thought so, but here in Bismarck we had nine inches of snow. Hard to tell because with the wind it all accumulated in drifts. On most of our lawn you can still see the grass.
Right away the kids went to making a tunnel in one of the drifts. I think it was Aleah's idea.
Samantha was even brave enough to go through the tunnel. I thought maybe she would be afraid. After seeing all the others go through many times I suppose she figured it was all right.
And a good time was had by all!

Those are some cool drifts!
We get drifts in our yard but not like that. Kids look like they had a blast.
