"Happiness is the Lord" has to be one of the classic Sunday School songs, doesn't it? A couple of weeks ago I was pulling clothes out of the dryer and out of the blue the song popped into my head. Man, I hadn't heard it for many, many years. I asked the kids and they have not sang it in their Sunday School. They should, though. It is a simple, upbeat tune with a powerful message. Parents could easily teach this song to their children.
This was a tough one to find on YouTube but I managed to dig a couple out. The first one is a choral/solo performance in the Netherlands, an awesome country. The video link is here because embedding is disabled. The second one (below) is a young gentleman playing a rendition on the piano.
