Gerrit's birthday isn't until Tuesday but Friday night he had one friend for a sleepover and on Saturday two more boys joined them. They had pizza for lunch, Gerrit opened their gifts, and they played for a while. Later in the afternoon I took them to
Paul Blart: Mall Cop at the
Grand Theatres.
Gerrit opens his gifts after lunch. He got Lego sets and one gift card that he used to buy a Lego set.
Cake and ice cream before we headed out to the movie. Next year he will be a teenager!
Nancy took this picture this afternoon when he opened the gift from Grandma and Grandpa J. On Friday he had opened his gift from Grandma and Grandpa D and that was a different Indiana Jones set. Lego sets definitely appear to be the theme this year!
