Just this afternoon we went over to Barb and Jason's house for the kids to play in their pool and on their trampoline. Right now all the kids but Samantha are napping in preparation for a late night with a huge fireworks show. We are just outside of the official Bismarck city limits, so a lot in our neighborhood shoot fireworks. Sounds like a war zone at times - it is great!.

Tennis, Swimming, and Independence Day
This past Monday, while Nancy was with Gerrit for his surgery, I took Donovan and Samantha to tennis. Aleah and I watched while they played. This was Donovan's first session but Samantha's second.
Donovan takes his turn hitting the ball the instructor lobbed at him. He did really well for his first time.
Samantha takes a shot at the ball. It is cute to watch these little ones play.
Aleah stayed outside the fence while I went inside to take some pictures. Because the fence has huge openings, we were still able to converse with minimal effort.

Hope everyone is having a great Independence Day!
